Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in the world of TV. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas. In Texas, she started a new career in physical therapy. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for very long. She shortly after relocated in Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of parts as an actor, as well as independent commercials and films. Small roles didn't deter her from discovering she loved acting. The year 2001 saw her move from the Midwest to New York where her first part was in All My Children's morning soap-opera as Rosa Santos.
